This course is a great place to start if you are new to Cavendish@ Home or you are not quite sure what we offer. It offers small tasters of some of the therapies we offer. There are a variety of practices for body and mind.  This is about learning small, simple steps which practised over time will help improve your wellbeing. 

You will learn:

  • Short stretch 
  • Introduction to Qi Gong for relaxation 
  • Unwind your body and mind 
  • Meditation practices and techniques 
  • Practical tips for nutrition and hydration
